The W-beam guardrail is the most widely specified highway safety barrier in the world — a double-wave corrugated steel section that catches a vehicle, absorbs the impact and redirects it along the road. SinoBarrier rolls W-beam in-house from hot-dip galvanized steel and supplies it as a complete system or as beam-only for retrofit projects.

Where W-beam is the right choice
- Expressway and highway runs — the standard profile for long-distance protection.
- Median barriers — separate opposing traffic where space is limited.
- Ramps and interchanges — contains vehicles through curves and merges.
- General road safety — the economical default for municipal and regional roads.
Why specify SinoBarrier W-beam
Beams are galvanized to AASHTO M180 and the assembled system is crash-tested to MASH TL4. We cut, punch and galvanize on one floor, so a full container of matching beams, posts and terminals ships together without a single stalled component.
