Do you manufacture or trade?

We are the manufacturer. Our plant in Shandong has been producing guardrail systems since 2010 and exports to 28 countries. You deal with the factory, not a middleman, so pricing and lead times come straight from the production line.

Which standards do your guardrails meet?

Beams and posts are hot-dip galvanized to AASHTO M180 with a 550 g/m² minimum coating weight. Roller barrier systems are verified to MASH TL3/TL4, and European projects are supplied to EN 1317 with CE documentation. Test reports and material certificates are issued with every shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One 20GP container is the standard minimum, which is roughly 25 tonnes of beam or a mixed container of beams, posts and terminals. Trial orders below that are considered for first-time buyers.

Question 4

What are your lead time and payment terms?

Accepted Answer

Standard lead time is 15–25 days after deposit for a full container. Payment is 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Can you produce to our drawing or tender specification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send the drawing, BOQ or tender document and we will return a shop drawing, a take-off and a quotation. Custom lengths, hole patterns, coating weights and colours are all produced to order.

Question 6

Do you supply installation drawings and support?

Accepted Answer

Every order ships with setting-out drawings, foundation details and a bill of materials. Remote engineering support is available during installation, and site supervision can be arranged for large projects.
